Paula’s insurance career began in 1993 at a small adviser in Redcliffe. This business was purchased in 2001 by another adviser who she continued working with. During this role, Paula was responsible for the management of the entire general insurance book as well as the day to day running of the business. In November 2015, Paula joined Professional Insurance Agencies when they merged with Reg Twyford Pty Ltd.

Paula has completed her Tier 1 accreditation in insurance broking and is accredited in domestic and commercial insurance products. Paula is an Authorised Representative of Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Limited.
